Is the 5V-300mA motor replaceable if it fails after years of use?

The motor is integrated into the core module for waterproofing. If a failure occurs, the entire waterproof motor-head module can be swapped without replacing the pole.

What is the recommended safe distance between each triple set for a city promenade?

For ideal visual coverage, we recommend a spacing of 1.5 to 2.5 meters between sets to ensure the dynamic movement is clearly visible to pedestrians.

How do we adapt the voltage for our local 120V US or 230V EU market?

We provide market-specific transformers that convert your local grid power to the 12V DC required for the lamps, ensuring 100% regional compliance.

Will the silicone petals yellow or crack under intense summer sunlight?

No, our silicone is infused with premium UV-stabilizers specifically designed for exterior use, maintaining transparency and flexibility for multiple seasons.

AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier demonstrates OEM, ODM, 3D design, and multiple customization capabilities, with evidence of new product development during the past year. Its manufacturing base includes six production lines, extrusion and injection-molding equipment, stated output for several decorative lighting product categories, and documented inspection instructions. It reports valid contracts with associated subcontractors, inventory capability, and lead times within 15 working days in both peak and off-seasons. However, it has no supplier-management-system certification, no overseas warehouse, showroom, agents, or branches, and has not participated in offline trade shows. Quality-related procedures exist but lack written records in several areas, and the factory does not continuously reconcile production quantities. Financial credibility cannot be fully assessed from the available non-financial evidence. Customer-specific cases are not identified.

Supplier typeThe supplier is positioned as a manufacturer and design-oriented OEM/ODM provider: it offers OEM for popular brands, ODM services, 3D software design, and operates extrusion and injection-molding equipment with six production lines. The available information supports classifying it as a manufacturing supplier with design and customization services.

CertificationsThe supplier-management-system certification status is explicitly listed as NIL. No certification evidence is provided in the available slices, indicating a stated lack in this area.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products during the past year, provides 3D software design and ODM services, and has R&D engineers with stated experience. However, it has no available SDK, and the evidence does not quantify its innovation results beyond these capabilities.

Production capacityProduction capability is supported by six production lines, extrusion and injection-molding equipment, stated output across multiple decorative-lighting categories, valid contracts with associated subcontractors, and lead times within 15 working days in both peak and off-seasons. Weaknesses include no continuous quantity reconciliation for each batch or production lot, although an outsourcing SOP and finished-product inspection instructions are reported.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from designs, full customization, customization from samples, flexible customization, and minor customization. Its 3D design, ODM, and OEM capabilities further support the conclusion that it can handle customized product development.

Product Q&A

Q:How do we anchor the TOPREX lotus lights in a public grass area to prevent theft?

We provide a reinforced base plate that can be secured with deep ground anchors or concealed bolts. For high-security projects, the 12V cables can be buried for a cleaner and safer installation.

Q:Does the 12V power supply support all three units at once?

Yes, our power supply options are configured to drive the entire three-piece set (total 6W) from a single 12V input, simplifying your landscape cable management.

Q:Can the blooming speed of the lotus petals be adjusted for different event themes?

The standard speed is tuned for a smooth, natural look. For large-scale projects, the PCBA can be customized to adjust the opening frequency.

Q:How does the IP65 rating handle high-pressure lawn sprinklers?

The silicone petals and internal motor housing are double-sealed to withstand daily irrigation systems commonly found in municipal parks.

Q:Can we order different color combinations within one triple set (e.g., Pink, White, and Blue)?

Absolutely. As a direct factory, we support mix-and-match color configurations within each set to align with your specific landscape design theme.
