We send 1-2 engineers for installation and debugging (approx. 10 days). Customers cover visa, tickets, accommodation, and $100/day allowance. If engineers cannot travel, we provide detailed drawings and online guidance. Equipment is pre-tested in the factory.
Q:How long is the machine warranty?
A:
Brush car washes are guaranteed 2 years after delivery; touchless car washes are guaranteed 3 years. Topwell covers accessory costs, while the customer covers international freight.
