Normally, we send 1-2 engineers for installation and debugging, taking about 10 days. Customers cover visa, airfare, accommodation, and a $100/day allowance. If travel is restricted, we provide detailed drawings and online guidance. Customers need on-site mechanical/electrical engineers. Equipment is pre-tested in the factory with marked components.
