Q:How to solve the installation problem?
A:
We send 1-2 engineers for installation and debugging, taking about 10 days. Customers cover visa, flights, accommodation, and a $100/day allowance. If engineers cannot travel, we provide detailed drawings and online guidance. Customers need on-site mechanical/electrical engineers. Equipment is pre-assembled and marked in the factory.
