We send 1-2 engineers for installation and debugging, taking about 10 days. Customers cover visa, airfare, accommodation, and a $100/day allowance. Due to virus restrictions, we provide detailed drawings and online guidance; customers need on-site mechanical/electrical engineers. Equipment is pre-tested in the factory with marked components.
