Q:How to solve the installation problem?
A:
We send 1-2 engineers for installation and debugging (approx. 10 days). Customers bear visa, air tickets, accommodation, and 100 USD/day allowance. If engineers cannot travel due to virus, we provide detailed drawings and online guidance; customers need on-site mechanical/electrical engineers. Equipment is pre-installed and debugged in the factory with marked components.
