Q:How to solve the installation problem?
A:
Normally, we send 1-2 engineers for installation and debugging, taking about 10 days. Customers bear visa, flight, accommodation, and a $100/day allowance. If engineers cannot travel, we provide detailed drawings and online guidance; customers need on-site mechanical/electrical engineers. Equipment is pre-installed and debugged in the factory with marked components.
Q:How long is the machine warranty?
A:
Brush car washes are guaranteed for 2 years after delivery; touchless car washes are guaranteed for 3 years. During the warranty period, Topwell bears accessory costs, while the customer bears international freight.
Q:How long is the lead time?
A:
Rollover type (standard 380V, 50HZ) takes 20 working days. Tunnel type takes 40-45 days. Touchless type takes 10 days. Wheel washing machines take 5 days. Bus/truck washers take 30-35 days. Non-standard voltage adds 10-15 days.
