Q:How to solve the installation problem?
A:
We send 1-2 engineers for installation and debugging, taking about 10 days. Customers bear visa fees, air tickets, accommodation, and a 100 USD/day allowance. Due to virus restrictions, we provide detailed drawings and online guidance. Customers need on-site mechanical/electrical engineers. Equipment is pre-installed and debugged in the factory with marked components.
Q:How long is the machine warranty?

Brush car washes are guaranteed 2 years after delivery; touchless car washes are guaranteed 3 years. During the warranty period, Topwell covers accessory costs, while the customer pays international freight.
