Q:How to solve the installation problem?
A:
We send 1-2 engineers for installation and debugging (approx. 10 days). Customers cover visa, tickets, accommodation, and $100/day allowance. If engineers cannot travel, we provide detailed drawings and online guidance; customers need on-site mechanical/electrical engineers. Equipment is pre-tested in the factory.
Q:How long is the machine warranty?

Brush car washes are guaranteed for 2 years after delivery; touchless car washes are guaranteed for 3 years. During the warranty, Topwell covers accessory costs, while the customer pays international freight.
