We send 1-2 engineers for installation (approx. 10 days). Customers cover visa, flights, accommodation, and $100/day allowance. If engineers cannot travel, we provide detailed drawings and online guidance. Equipment is pre-tested in the factory with marked components.
Q:How long is the machine warranty?
A:
Brush car washes are guaranteed for 2 years after delivery; touchless car washes are guaranteed for 3 years. During the warranty period, we cover accessory costs, while the customer covers international freight.
