We send 1-2 engineers for installation and debugging, taking about 10 days. Customers bear visa fees, air tickets, accommodation, and a $100/day allowance. If engineers cannot travel due to virus restrictions, we provide detailed drawings and online guidance. Customers need on-site mechanical/electrical engineers. Equipment is pre-installed and debugged at the factory with marked components.
