We send 1-2 engineers for installation and debugging, taking about 10 days. Customers cover visa, flights, accommodation, and 100 USD/day allowance. If engineers cannot travel, we provide detailed drawings and online guidance; customers need on-site mechanical/electrical engineers. Equipment is pre-tested in the factory with marked components.
