Q:How to solve the installation problem?
A:
We send 1-2 engineers to install and debug, taking about 10 days. Customers bear visa, air tickets, accommodation, and 100 USD/day allowance. If engineers cannot travel, we provide detailed drawings and online guidance. Equipment is pre-installed and debugged in the factory.
Q:How long is the machine warranty?
A:
Brush car washes are guaranteed 2 years after delivery; touchless car washes are guaranteed 3 years. During the warranty, we cover accessory costs, and the customer covers international freight.
Q:How long is the lead time?
A:
Tunnel type: 40-45 working days; Rollover type: 20 working days; Touchless type: 10 working days; Wheel washing machine: 5 working days; Bus and truck washing machine: 30-35 working days. Non-standard voltage adds 10-15 days.
