We send 1-2 engineers for installation and debugging, taking about 10 days. Customers cover visa fees, air tickets, accommodation, and a 100 USD/day allowance. Due to virus restrictions, we provide detailed drawings and online guidance. Customers need on-site mechanical/electrical engineers. Equipment is pre-installed and debugged at the factory.

Brush car washes are guaranteed 2 years after delivery; touchless car washes are guaranteed 3 years. During the warranty, Topwell covers accessory costs, while the customer covers international freight.
Q:How long is the lead time?
A:
Tunnel type (380V/50HZ): 40-45 days; Rollover type: 20 days; Touchless type: 10 days; Wheel washing machine: 5 days; Bus/Truck washing machine: 30-35 days. Non-standard voltage adds 10-15 days.
