Q:How to solve the installation problem?
A:
We send 1-2 engineers to install and debug, taking about 10 days. Customers bear visa, air tickets, accommodation, and 100 USD/day allowance. If engineers cannot travel due to virus, we provide detailed drawings and online guidance. Equipment is pre-installed and debugged in the factory.
Q:How long is the machine warranty?

Brush car washes are guaranteed 2 years after delivery; touchless car washes are guaranteed 3 years. During the warranty, we bear accessory costs, and the customer bears international freight.

A:
