A:
We will send 1-2 engineers to install and debug, taking about 10 days. Customers bear visa, air tickets, accommodation, and 100 USD/day allowance. If engineers cannot travel, we provide detailed drawings and online guidance. Customers need on-site mechanical/electrical engineers. Equipment is pre-tested in the factory with marked components.
