Q:How to solve the installation problem?
A:
We send 1-2 engineers for installation and debugging, taking about 10 days. Customers bear visa, airfare, accommodation, and a $100/day allowance. If engineers cannot travel due to virus restrictions, we provide detailed drawings and online guidance; customers need on-site mechanical/electrical engineers. Equipment is pre-installed and debugged at the factory.
