Q:How to solve the installation problem?
A:
We send 1-2 engineers for installation and debugging, taking about 10 days. Customers cover visa, airfare, accommodation, and a $100/day allowance. If engineers cannot travel, we provide detailed drawings and online guidance. Customers need on-site mechanical/electrical engineers. Equipment is pre-tested at the factory with marked components.

Brush car washes are guaranteed for 2 years after delivery; touchless car washes are guaranteed for 3 years. During the warranty, Topwell covers accessory costs, while the customer covers international freight.
