We send 1-2 engineers for on-site installation and debugging, taking about 10 days. Customers cover visa, air tickets, accommodation, and a $100/day allowance. If engineers cannot travel due to virus restrictions, we provide detailed drawings and online guidance. Customers need local mechanical/electrical engineers. Equipment is pre-tested in the factory with marked components.
