Normally, we send 1-2 engineers for 10 days, but customers cover visa, tickets, accommodation, and $100/day allowance. Due to virus restrictions, we provide detailed drawings and online guidance. Customers need local mechanical/electrical engineers. Many countries have successfully installed via drawings.

Brush car washes are guaranteed for 2 years; touchless car washes are guaranteed for 3 years. During the warranty period, Topwell bears the cost of accessories, and the customer bears international freight.
Q:How long is the lead time?
A:
Tunnel type (380V/50Hz) takes 40-45 days; Rollover type takes 20 days; Touchless type takes 10 days. Wheel washing machine takes 5 days; Bus/Truck washing machine takes 30-35 days. Non-standard voltage adds 10-15 days.
