Q:How can we obtain a sample?

For our regular products, we can provide you with small rolls samples free of charge. You will only need to cover the cost of express shipping. For OEM or ODM products, there will be a sample cost. Our engineers will calculate the specific cost, and if we continue to work together, the sample cost will be refunded.
Q:Is it possible to have our logo printed on the product?

Absolutely! We welcome OEM/ODM orders and can accommodate customer's logo printing.
Q:What is the lead time?
A:
Samples can be ready within 1-2 days, while mass production usually takes about 15-25 days after receiving the deposit.
Q:What payment methods do you accept?
A:
We accept payment via TT, bank account, Western Union, or PayPal. For orders below 3000 USD, full payment is required before placing the order. For orders above 3000 USD, a 30% deposit is required in advance, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment.
