Q:Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No MOQ for stock products. We can accept small orders.
Q:How can I get a sample?
A:
For normal products, we provide small roll samples for free (you pay express cost). For OEM/ODM, sample cost is charged but may be returned upon further cooperation.
Q:Do you support OEM or custom logo printing?
A:
Yes, OEM/ODM services and customer logo printing are welcome. We can also customize packaging and die-cut shapes.
Q:What is the lead time for production?
A:
Samples take 1-2 days. Mass production takes about 15-25 days after receiving the deposit.
Q:What payment methods do you accept?
A:
We accept TT, bank account, Western Union, and PayPal. For orders under $3000, full payment is required. For orders over $3000, a 30% deposit is needed with 70% balance before shipment.
