TOROS company can support mass production, producing over 200 mini excavators in one month. Customization is available for single pieces, but free prototypes are not provided.
Q:Can it be transported to my door?
A:
Yes, but if your location is close to the port, we suggest picking up the goods directly to save money. For long distances, you can hire an inland transport company or use our agency, though agency fees are high. We do not charge intermediate or additional service fees beyond freight.
Q:How can I guarantee after-sales service after buying?
A:
The machine comes with a one-year or 1000-hour warranty. We will repair mechanical defects for free during this period, but we are not responsible for man-made damage.
Q:What payment terms are supported?
A:
We support 35% prepayment with the balance settled upon delivery. Other terms include LC, T/T, D/P, PayPal, and Western Union.
Q:What is the minimum order quantity?
A:
