Q:Regarding LCL shipments, do you charge based on CBM or KG?
A:
In most cases, if the volumetric weight is greater than the gross weight, we charge by CBM. If the gross weight is greater, we charge by KG.
Q:What is volumetric weight and how is it calculated?
A:
Volumetric weight = L (cm) x H (cm) x D (cm) / 6000. For Global Express service, the factor is 5000 instead of 6000.
Q:When I choose DDP service, do I need to provide information for customs clearance such as PI or EIN?
A:
No, you don't need to provide anything for customs clearance. We clear the goods under our name and send them to your final destination.
Q:If I use your DDP service, can I get an MRN for UK e-commerce platforms?
A:
No. If you need an MRN for UK e-commerce spot checks, you should choose our DAP service, which provides the MRN for your shipment.
