Gross weight and dimensions of the carton(s). 4. Detailed destination including the country and postcode. 5. Expected shipping options and the estimated time of arrival for the goods to reach their destination after leaving the factory. 6. Whether the product contains liquid, magnetic. or battery components. 7. Pictures of the product. 8.
Q:Regarding LCL shipments. do you charge based on CBM or KG?
A:
in most cases, if the volumetric weight of your cargo is greater than the gross weight, we will charge you by CBM. lf your gross weight is greater than the volumetric weight, we will charge you by KG.
Q:What is volumetric weight?
A:
The calculation formula of volumetric weight: volumetric weight =L (cm) x H (cm)x D (cm) : 6000. For example. when the length of a carton = 48cm, width = 45cm, height = 39cm, then the volumetric weight of this carton =48x45x9:6000 =14.04kg. But please note that if it is Global Express service, then the factor is 5000 instead of 6000
Q:Well, when l choose DDp service, do l need to provide you some information forcustoms clearance. such as Pl or my EIN?
A:
No. you don't need to provide anything for customs clearance, we will clear the goods for you under our name and send them to your fnal destination.
Q:We all know that some e-commerce platforms in the UK require us to provide MRN (ElN). so if l use your DDp service. can l get MRN?
A:
No, if you need an MRN to complete a UK e-commerce spot check, you can choose our DAP service. When you choose the DAp service. we can provide you with the MRN for your shipment.
