We need: 1. Product name. 2. Number of cartons. 3. Gross weight and dimensions. 4. Detailed destination (country and postcode). 5. Expected shipping options and ETA. 6. Whether cargo contains liquid, magnetic, or battery components. 7. Pictures of the product. 8. Cargo ready date.
Q:Regarding LCL shipments, do you charge based on CBM or KG?
A:
In most cases, if the volumetric weight is greater than the gross weight, we charge by CBM. If the gross weight is greater than the volumetric weight, we charge by KG.
Q:What is volumetric weight?
A:
The calculation formula is: volumetric weight = L (cm) x H (cm) x D (cm) / 6000. For example, a carton of 48x45x39cm has a volumetric weight of 14.04kg. Note: For Global Express service, the factor is 5000 instead of 6000.
Q:When I choose DDP service, do I need to provide information for customs clearance such as PI or EIN?
A:
No, you do not need to provide anything for customs clearance. We will clear the goods under our name and send them to your final destination.
Q:If I use your DDP service, can I get MRN for UK e-commerce spot checks?
A:
No, if you need an MRN to complete a UK e-commerce spot check, you should choose our DAP service. When you choose DAP, we can provide the MRN for your shipment.
