Volumetric weight = L(cm) x H(cm) x D(cm) / 6000. For Global Express, the divisor is 5000 instead of 6000.

Q:Do I need to provide PI or EIN for DDP customs clearance?

No. For DDP service, we handle customs clearance under our name, so you do not need to provide any documents for clearance.

Q:Can I get an MRN for UK e-commerce checks with DDP service?
