How long does it take to make a sample and bulk order?

Accepted Answer

Sample time:3-7 days after artwork confirmation. Bulk production:7-15 days after sample approval (for orders under 10,000 pieces). Shipping via DHL/FedEx/UPS takes an additional 3-5 days worldwide. Rush orders can be accommodated-please contact us for details.

What file format do you need for my custom design?

We accept AI, PDF, EPS, SVG, PSD, or even high-resolution JPG/PNG files. If you only have a rough sketch or idea, our in-house design team can create a professional digital proof for you free of charge within 24-48 hours, with unlimited revisions until you are satisfied.

What materials are available for custom enamel pins?

We offer 6 premium materials: Zinc Alloy (most popular, great for 3D designs), Iron (cost-effective, ideal for flat enamel), Brass (premium feel, excellent detail), Copper, Aluminium (lightweight), and Pewter. We can help you choose the best material based on your budget, design complexity, and durability requirements.

What is the difference between soft enamel and hard enamel?

Accepted Answer

Soft Enamel has recessed color areas with raised metal lines-you can feel the texture with your finger. It is more affordable, allows more colors, and is the most popular choice. Hard Enamel has a smooth, flat, glass-like surface with colors polished level with the metal. It is more durable, has a premium jewelry-like finish, and costs slightly more. We also offer Imitation Hard Enamel (soft enamel+epoxy dome) as a middle option.

Can you match my specific Pantone (PMS) colors?

Yes! We can match any Pantone Solid Coated (PMS) color for your enamel fills. Simply provide us with the PMS numbers (e.g., PMS 286C for navy blue) and we will mix the enamel to match as closely as possible. For gradient or special effects (glitter, glow-in-the-dark, neon), please let us know-we can accommodate most special requests.
