The FLC503 is a linear motion shaker driven by dual Super G motors, delivering up to 7.0G of high-frequency vibration. It features a 3-panel deck design with a single-side tensioning system (compatible with Derick FLc503 specifications)
Q:How do I adjust the screen deck angle on the FLc503?
A:
the FLc503 features an AWD (Adjustable Wedge Deck) mechanical jack system. Turn the adjustment screw clockwise to increase spring tension and raise the discharge end angle. Adjust within the -1 to +5range based on your mud characteristics and separation requirements. For finer separation, decrease the angle to prolong material retention time on the screen; increase the angle to accelerate solids discharge.
Q:How do I replace a screen on the FLc503?
A:
The FLc503 uses a slope lock tensioning system for tool-free, one-sided screen changes:
Stop mud flow and wash down the deck.
Disconnect power and lock out the shaker.
Turn the tensioning nuts 90 counterclockwise, then another 180 to release.
Lift out the old screen.
Position the new screen with hook strips engaged in the frame channels.
Rotate the first tensioning nut 180 clockwise, then the second nut 180, then return to the first for final tightening (90).
