Standard is 7.5kW explosion-proof motor with IP55 protection, meeting oilfield safety standards. Custom power and voltage options are available.
Q:What type of gearbox does the agitator use?
A:
It uses a worm gear reducer, which provides high torque, stable operation and low noise, ideal for continuous mixing in oilfield mud tanks.
Q:What materials are used for the impeller and shaft?
A:
The shaft is carbon steel with hard chrome plating or stainless steel. The impeller is carbon steel with wear-resistant anti-corrosion coating. Materials can be upgraded based on mud corrosivity.
Q:Can the agitator speed be adjusted?
A:
Standard models have fixed speed. Variable frequency control is available by adding a VFD or ordering a variable-speed motor.
Q:What is the lead time?
A:
Standard models are in stock, shipping in 7-15 days. Bulk or customized orders take about 20-30 days, adjustable according to project schedules.
