The warranty period is 12 months, starting from the machine receipt in the customer's warehouse. During this period, services and spare parts are provided free of charge.

We offer pre-sale communication, design proposal, signature confirmation, customized production, machine testing before shipment, packaging, delivery, engineer installation, operator training, and technical support.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
30% of the total amount should be paid by T/T as a down payment. The balance (70%) should be paid before delivery by T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q:What are the delivery conditions and time?

Delivery terms are FOB Qingdao port or CIF destination port. Delivery is within 30-60 working days after receipt of advanced payment. Packing is completed within 15 working days after full payment receipt.
