The warranty period is 12 months, starting from the machine receipt in customer's warehouse. During this period, free services and spare parts are provided.

Delivery takes within 30-60 working days after receipt of advanced payment. Packing and readiness for shipment are completed within 15 working days after full payment.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
30% of the total amount is paid by T/T as a down payment. The remaining 70% is paid before delivery by T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q:Do you provide installation and training?

Yes, we send technicians to the buyer's factory for installation and testing. We also provide training for operators and supply all necessary drawings.
