Q:What are the Payment Terms?

A 30% T/T deposit is required in advance. The remaining 70% balance shall be paid by T/T or irrevocable sight L/C before delivery. Available settlement currencies: USD, EUR, CNY, RUB.

A:
Shipping mode: FOB Qingdao Port or CIF destination port. Production & delivery cycle: Within 30-60 working days after receiving the deposit. After receiving the full balance payment, we will complete goods packaging and arrange shipment within 15 working days.
Q:What is the Warranty Policy?
A:
Warranty period: 12 months, calculated from the date when the machines arrive at your warehouse. During the warranty period, we provide free technical services and free spare parts for the whole production line. Lifetime technical support is available after the 12-month warranty expires.
