Q:What is your main product, and do you do anything else?

Our main products are automatic sliding doors, automatic swing doors, automatic folding doors, hospital doors, access systems and related accessories.

Q:What are the payment terms?

For samples or small amounts, we accept PayPal, Western Union, or bank transfer. For normal orders, we accept a 30% deposit by T/T with the balance paid against the copy of the B/L. We also accept D/P, though T/T is preferred.

Q:What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

As we are a factory without stock, the standard MOQ is 10 sets for each model. However, if the total quantity exceeds 100 sets, the MOQ per style can be adjusted. For custom-made automatic doors, the MOQ is negotiable.
