Q:What is your main product?

Our main products are automatic sliding doors, automatic swing doors, automatic folding doors, hospital doors, access systems and related accessories.

Q:What are the payment terms?

For normal orders, we accept a 30% deposit by T/T. The balance is to be paid against the copy of the B/L. D/P, but of course we prefer T/T, which is much easier for both of us. For samples, we accept PayPal or Western Union.

Q:What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

As we are a factory, we do not keep stock. So we need an MOQ to start production, which means 10 sets for each model. If the total quantity is more than 100 sets, the MOQ for each style can be adjusted. For custom-made automatic doors, the MOQ can be negotiated.
