Q:What are the payment terms?

For sample fee or small amount, we accept PayPal, Western Union, or bank account. For normal orders, we accept T/T 30% deposit, balance against B/L copy. D/P and L/C are also acceptable, but T/T is preferred.

Q:What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

As we are a factory, we do not make stock, so we need a MOQ to start production, which is 10 sets each model. If total quantity is more than 100 sets, the MOQ for each style can be adjusted. For customized automatic doors, the MOQ can be negotiated.
