Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The standard MOQ is 10 sets per model. If the total quantity exceeds 100 sets, the MOQ for each style can be adjusted. For customized automatic doors, the MOQ can be negotiated.

Q:What are the payment terms?

For samples or small amounts, we accept PayPal, Western Union, or bank transfer. For normal orders, we accept T/T (30% deposit, balance against B/L copy), D/P, and L/C. T/T is preferred.

Q:How long does it take to produce a sample?

Sample production time depends on the quantity and style. We have some stock available.

Q:Is the sample fee refundable?
