What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

As we are a factory, we do not keep stock. So we need an MOQ to start production, which means 10 sets for each model. Quantity means a lot to the price, so it is better to let us know the quantity if you ask for a quotation. If the total quantity is more than 100 sets, the MOQ for each style can be adjusted. For the custom - made automatic door, the MOQ can be negotiated.

Our main products are automatic sliding doors, automatic swing doors, automatic folding doors, hospital doors, access systems and related accessories.

Q:What are the payment terms for samples or small amounts?

For the sample fee or any small amount, you can send it to our PayPal account. Or you can use Western Union. Of course, you can also send it to our bank account.

Q:What are the payment terms for normal orders?

For normal orders, we accept a 30% deposit by T/T. The balance is to be paid against the copy of the B/L. D/P , but of course we prefer T/T, which is much easier for both of us.
