In the EU, the USA, South America, South Africa and some Middle East countries.

Q:What is your main product, and do you do anything else?

Our main products are automatic sliding doors, automatic swing doors, automatic folding doors, hospital doors, access systems and related accessories.

Q:What are the payment terms for samples and normal orders?

For samples or small amounts, we accept PayPal, Western Union, or bank transfer. For normal orders, we accept 30% T/T deposit with balance against B/L copy, or D/P.

Q:What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

The standard MOQ is 10 sets per model as we do not keep stock. For quantities over 100 sets, the MOQ can be adjusted. Custom-made doors have negotiable MOQ.
