Q:What is your main product, and do you do anything else?
A:
Our main products are automatic sliding doors, automatic swing doors, automatic folding doors, hospital doors, access systems and related accessories.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
For samples or small amounts, we accept PayPal, Western Union, or bank transfer. For normal orders, we accept a 30% deposit by T/T with the balance paid against the copy of the B/L. We also accept D/P, though T/T is preferred.
Q:What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A:
As we are a factory without stock, the standard MOQ is 10 sets per model. However, if the total quantity exceeds 100 sets, the MOQ can be adjusted. For custom-made automatic doors, the MOQ is negotiable.
