The defective rate is 0.2%.Due to strict quality control rules,all of our products are inspected for 4 times by QC staff before delivery. The first time for raw material, second time for finished products, third for products appearance and fourth for function. Besides, for the bulk order, 0.3% spare parts are offered free of charge to ensure you will not got any loss for any possilbe defective product.

A)For samples,usually the samples will be sent by air express(DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT),or we can deliver the samples to your apponinted warehouse or agent,all ok to us. B) For bulk order,usually we ship the goods by sea.
