A) For products Tyshen branded, when they are goods in stock, we need 3 to 5 working days to deliver the produts after the payment received. If there is no stock for the items you are interested, you may need swicth to other items or wait until the goods avaiable, usually at most it take 40 days. Anyway please contact us for details! T/T Bank Transfer,LC,Western Union are all ok to us.For small order with amount about 100usd or even less, Paypal is suggested.
Q:What is the defective rate?
A:
The defective rate is 0.2%.Due to strict quality control rules,all of our products are inspected for 4 times by QC staff before delivery. The first time for raw material, second time for finished products, third for products appearance and fourth for function. Besides, for the bulk order, 0.3% spare parts are offered free of charge to ensure you will not got any loss for any possilbe defective product.
