Q:What is the lead time?

For Tyshen branded in-stock products, delivery takes 3 to 5 working days after payment. If out of stock, it may take up to 40 days. For OEM service, usually 30 to 45 days are needed to proceed the order.

T/T Bank Transfer, LC, Western Union are all ok to us. For small orders with amount about 100usd or even less, Paypal is suggested.
Q:What is the defective rate?

The defective rate is 0.2%. Due to strict quality control rules, all of our products are inspected for 4 times by QC staff before delivery. Besides, for the bulk order, 0.3% spare parts are offered free of charge to ensure you will not got any loss for any possilbe defective product.
Q:How to ship goods?
A:
For samples, usually the samples will be sent by air express (DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT), or we can deliver the samples to your apponinted warehouse or agent, all ok to us. For bulk order, usually we ship the goods by sea.
