A) For products Tyshen branded, when they are goods in stock, we need 3 to 5 working days to deliver the products after the payment received. If there is no stock for the items you are interested, you may need switch to other items or wait until the goods available, usually at most it take 40 days. Anyway please contact us for details! Q:What is the payment method?

T/T Bank Transfer, LC, Western Union are all ok to us. For small order with amount about 100usd or even less, Paypal is suggested.
Q:What is the defective rate?
A:
The defective rate is 0.2%. Due to strict quality control rules, all of our products are inspected for 4 times by QC staff before delivery. The first time for raw material, second time for finished products, third for products appearance and fourth for function. Besides, for the bulk order, 0.3% spare parts are offered free of charge to ensure you will not got any loss for any possilbe defective product.
Q:How to ship goods?

A) For samples, usually the samples will be sent by air express (DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT), or we can deliver the samples to your apponinted warehouse or agent, all ok to us. B) For bulk order, usually we ship the goods by sea.
Q:What is the trade terms?

Ex Work (Factory Price), FCA, FOB (Shenzhen Port or other ports), CIF all ok to us. For products with Tyshen LOGO, usually the price is for factory price, the final price will be determined by the qty you order, anyway we can negotiate for it.
