Q:Can this sensor work for high temperature hot oil?
A:
Yes. Equipped with cooling fin heat dissipation structure, it can continuously work under medium temperature up to 200, perfectly fit hot oil, high-temperature water and thermal liquid monitoring.
Q:Will foam on liquid surface trigger false signal?
A:
It has strong anti-foam interference ability. Only when the fork is fully immersed in liquid will the signal switch; floating foam cannot submerge the fork completely, so false alarm is effectively avoided.
Q:What thread standard does the product adopt? Can it be customized?
A:
Default is G1/2 female thread, NPT1/2 thread is optional. Thread size, insertion depth and cable length all support non-standard customization.
Q:Is professional calibration needed after installation?
A:
No on-site calibration is required. After screwing onto the tank/pipeline and powering on, it can detect liquid level normally, greatly reducing installation and debugging difficulty.
Q:What signal types are available to connect with PLC?
A:
PNP and NPN DC24V transistor output can directly connect to PLC digital input port; relay contact type can access alarm light, buzzer and secondary control loop.
