Q:What kinds of media can the PTFE lined level gauge measure?

It is specially designed for corrosive liquid media, including hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, sodium hydroxide, chemical salt solution, organic solvent, sewage and other corrosive media. It is not applicable to media with strong viscosity, easy crystallization and solid particle precipitation to avoid affecting the floating ball operation.

Q:What is the maximum temperature and pressure resistance of the product?

The standard PTFE lined model supports medium temperature from -20 to 200 and working pressure up to 2.5MPa. We can customize high-temperature and high-pressure models according to user needs, with a maximum pressure resistance of 25MPa, which meets the working conditions of most industrial high-pressure tanks.

Q:Does the product support remote signal transmission?

Yes. The product can be equipped with an integrated 4-20mA DC remote transmitter as an option, and supports HART protocol. It can convert liquid level height into standard analog signal, realize remote real-time transmission and data monitoring, and is perfectly compatible with industrial control systems such as PLC and DCS.

Q:How to install and debug the level gauge?

Adopt standard side flange butt joint installation, fixed on the side of the storage tank. After installation, just open the upper and lower valve ports slowly to let the medium enter the measuring tube. The magnetic flap will flip automatically with the liquid level, no complex debugging is required. We provide online installation guidance and detailed English installation manuals.
