Q:What is UHMWPE sheet and how does it compare to HDPE?
A:
UHMWPE is an engineering plastic with outstanding abrasion resistance, impact strength, low coefficient of friction, self-lubricating properties, excellent chemical resistance and very low moisture absorption. Compared with standard HDPE, UHMWPE offers significantly better wear resistance, lower friction and higher impact strength, especially in demanding applications such as chute liners, guide rails, wear strips and conveyor components.

We supply UHMWPE sheets made from virgin resin with molecular weights typically ranging from 3 million to 9 million g/mol. We can also provide modified grades

Our common sheet sizes include:
1000 mm x2000 mm,1220 mm x 2440 mm,1500 mm x 3000 mm,2000 mm x 4000 mm, Thickness ranges from 6 mm to 300 mm, depending on the grade and sheet size. Custom dimensions are available on request
Q:Can you cut UHMWPE sheets to custom sizes?
A:
Yes. We offer cut-to-size service based on your drawings or dimensions. We can supply simple rectangular blanks, as well as CNC machined parts such as guide rails, wear strips, gears, rollers, bushings and other custom profiles.
Q:Is your UHMWPE made from virgin or recycled resin?
A:
Our standard UHMWPE sheets are made from 100% virgin resin. Reprocessed or recycled material is available only if clearly requested and agreed in advance. We do not mix recycled material into virgin-grade sheets without customer approva
