Our standard nylon sheets are produced from 100% virgin resin. Recycled or reprocessed material is available only on request and will be clearly stated in the quotation. We never mix recycled material into virgin-grade products without customer approval.

Q:Are food-grade or FDA-compliant nylon sheets available?

Yes. We can supply natural nylon sheets that comply with FDA, EU 10/2011, and related food-contact regulations. These grades are commonly used in food processing equipment, packaging machinery, and conveyor components. Compliance documents can be provided on request. Please confirm your specific regulatory requirements when placing an inquiry.

Q:Can nylon sheet be used outdoors?

Standard nylon is not highly UV-resistant and may become brittle with prolonged outdoor exposure. For outdoor use, we recommend UV-stabilized nylon or black grades with carbon black, which offer better weathering resistance. Please specify if the part will be used outdoors.
