We select materials per product requirements and deliver with full transparency: Steel grade:For optical/transparent parts -Sweden ASSAB S136 SUP (or equivalent import), HRC 48-52.For structural parts-Baosteel SWG 718H pre-hardened,HRC 33-37. Documentation: Supplied with original mill certificates, our in-house heat treatment furnace temperature curves, and per-piece hardness inspection records. Core components (cores, slides) are stamped with serial numbers for lifetime traceability.

All critical heat treatment is performed in our wholly-owned heat treatment workshop -never subcontracted to small shops. Process controls include: Vacuum quenching + cryogenic treatment for minimal distortion; Furnace coupons per batch with metallographic inspection to ensure grain size compliance; Minimum two tempering cycles post-quench to relieve stress. We stand behind our process.

Design life is contractually guaranteed: S136 high-polish molds: 1,000,000+ shots. 718H class: 500,000+ shots (excluding normal wear). Warranty: typically 18 months after mold acceptance or first 80% of design life, whichever comes first. During this period, any non-human-induced core cracking, slide fracture, ejector plate deformation, etc., will be remade or repaired free of charge, with downtime labor costs compensated per agreed rates.

Cooling design is the core of efficiency and yield. Our approach: Mold flow analysis first to optimize cooling, delivering a 'Cooling Time vs. Mold Temperature Uniformity'report. Conformal cooling inserts (laser-sintered) or high-efficiency beryllium-copper inserts for hot spots and deep cavities;straight/baffle channels elsewhere.Critical zone temperature variance kept within plus or minus 3 degree Celsius Guaranteed improvement: Our cooling solution can reduce cycle time by 10-25% vs. convent

We don't push -we present an investment analysis: Option A (1+1):Lower mold cost, easy maintenance, stable yield - ideal for fluctuating order volumes. Option B (1+2): ~80% higher mold cost, but ~25% lower per-unit cost and doubled output - ideal for stable high-volume orders. We'll provide total mold price, estimated cycle time, daily output, and payback period for both, so you can decide based on your order forecast.
