We select materials per product requirements and deliver with full transparency: Steel grade:For optical/transparent parts -Sweden ASSAB S136 SUP (or equivalent import), HRC 48-52.For structural parts-Baosteel SWG 718H pre-hardened,HRC 33-37. Documentation: Supplied with original mill certificates, our in-house heat treatment furnace temperature curves, and per-piece hardness inspection records. Core components (cores, slides) are stamped with serial numbers for lifetime traceability.
Q:Do you heat-treat core components (cores, slides) in-house or outsource? How is the process controlled?

All critical heat treatment is performed in our wholly-owned heat treatment workshop -never subcontracted to small shops. Process controls include: Vacuum quenching + cryogenic treatment for minimal distortion; Furnace coupons per batch with metallographic inspection to ensure grain size compliance; Minimum two tempering cycles post-quench to relieve stress. We stand behind our process.
